RocCorp was founded in 1936 as Hilo Products, manufacturer of a very special pet ear mite remedy and flea dip. In the mid 1980's the Company acquired Prestige Products, Inc. creator of vinyl-coated aircraft cable pet tethering devices. In 1987 the Company was sold and renamed RocCorp, Inc. Continued growth and expansion resulted in the sale of the Company again in 2002 to Boss Pet Products, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boss Holdings, Inc. of Kewanee, IL. Boss Holdings also owns Boss Manufacturing (Distributor of Boss Gloves), and Boss Balloon.
Boss Pet operates out of its facility in Cleveland, Ohio as a leader in pet tethering, pet health care products and total pet care distribution. We are a member of the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association.
